Ok, so we have a dilemma on our hands with the infamous Rockstar Online software called the Rockstar Social Club that affects future Rockstar games some of you might want to purchase. So all of us gamers know that Rockstar have been sending bans out in waves on GTA 5 Online to get rid of hackers and modders in order to preserve in microtransactions and fair play. Now this will probably affect PC gamers more than anyone else but I cant be too sure on that. That problem is that every Rockstar game has to be signed in through your Social Club account.

But when your banned, they don't ban your gamertag, they ban your Social Club account from accessing the online portion of the game. Now I have ask this ask in many places and I have seen this ask in many places and Rockstar nor Take Two seems to want to give a legitimate answer to it. If someone gets banned on GTA 5 Online, will they
be able to play Red Dead Redemption Online because of the ban when you sign in to your Social Club account. No one seems to know the real answer and I would say the people should have the right to know. How many of you would still buy Red Dead knowing you couldn't access the multiplayer? I personally would, but knowing I couldn't play online I would probably wait until the price dropped or caught a sale. Which Rockstar knows also. Maybe they don't want to affect their initial sales so they are keeping people in the dark. I'm not sure but I do think we need to find a definite answer to this question. Red Dead Redemption 2 is scheduled to release in the fall of this year and is a highly anticipated title. Let me know what you guys think in the forum. And as always thanks for checking out The Lounge.
